Our focus is on established private companies. We seek companies with solid foundations and growth potential, led by strong management teams. We prefer businesses that are performing well in their markets and avoid turn-around cases.

We take an active role as long-term partners, typically seeking majority ownership. Our operations span across different industries but we focus on three main areas:
