Christian Krichau appointed as new President and CEO of Bergs Timber

The Board of Directors of Bergs Timber AB (“Bergs”) has appointed Christian Krichau as the new President and CEO. He is expected to assume the position beginning of April 2027.

Christian Krichau has extensive experience in senior positions within the international manufacturing industry. Christian most recently served as President and CEO of the listed company Arla Plast AB, a leading producer, supplier, and retailer of extruded sheets made of technical plastics. Christian has previously held leadership roles at companies including Gunnebo and Biltema.

Peter Nilsson will remain as President and CEO until Christian Krichau takes up his position. Following a handover period alongside Christian, Peter Nilsson will transition to the role of Chairman of the Board at Bergs.
