Upcoming management change at Bergs

The current CEO, Peter Nilsson, will be stepping down from his operational role to take up the position as Chairman of the Board at Bergs. The search for a new CEO has been initiated with the assistance of Novare Executive Search.

The recruitment process is expected to be completed in the autumn, with the new CEO due to take up the post at the turn of the year 2026/2027. Following a transition period alongside the new CEO, Peter Nilsson will assume the role of Chairman of the Board in the spring of 2027.
