Bergs Timber completes the sale of Vika Wood to HS Timber Group
Bergs Timber has today completed the sale of its Latvian sawmill Vika Wood to the Austrian HS Timber Group.
On 9 January 2025, it was announced that Bergs Timber had entered into an agreement with HS Timber Group to sell Vika Wood. After the transaction received approval from the competition authority, the transaction was completed today.
